1. Scope of Services

Spring Clean LLC doing business as Spring Clean Home Services provides professional exterior surface cleaning, concrete pressure washing, driveway sealing, roof cleaning, and low-pressure soft washing for residential properties within our designated Tennessee service areas.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Quotes provided online or by phone are based on client-provided details and square footage. Christian Springer reserves the right to verify substrate condition, surface area, and accessibility upon initial physical inspection before work commences.

3. Property Access and Preparation

To ensure safe and efficient execution, property owners agree to:

• Ensure an accessible outdoor water supply (hose spigot) with standard residential water pressure is available.
• Keep all windows, sliding doors, and exterior access points securely closed during pressure and soft washing operations.
• Remove fragile lawn ornaments, potted plants, outdoor decorations, and vehicles from driveways and work perimeters.
• Keep pets and children safely indoors while equipment and solutions are actively running.

4. Driveway Sealing Conditions

Driveway sealing requires proper cure and drying time. Property owners agree to keep vehicles off newly sealed driveways for the duration specified by Christian (typically 24 to 48 hours depending on ambient weather, humidity, and temperature conditions).

5. Existing Surface Flaws & Weather

Pressure washing cleans embedded organic dirt and contaminants; it does not alter structural flaws, pre-existing concrete hairline fractures, spalling, deep petroleum staining, or construction defects. Exterior washing and sealing are weather-dependent services; appointments may be rescheduled in cases of severe precipitation, freezing temperatures, or high winds.
